Mini Awl

$10.00

Image of Mini Awl

This mini awl is a perfect addition to your embroidery workbox, especially if you like to save space.

Made with a pretty rosewood handle, smooth and comfortable to hold, the steel tip is just slightly blunted. It's sharp enough to open holes in fabric (as an awl should be), but blunt enough that it doesn't snag on threads or fabric when used as a laying tool.

I use this tool predominantly as a laying tool to keep threads smooth and parallel as I stitch. It's an excellent on-the-go laying tool, small enough to be unobtrusive, but still easy to handle.

It's a lovely and affordable tool!
