Flowers for Elizabeth by Susan O'Connor is a beautiful project and instructional book focusing on botanical motifs from the Elizabethan era.

The original publication in 2010 has been updated with additional projects, including pinwheels for each pair of fruits and flowers, plus a needlebook and a scissor sheath to complete a set of needlework accessories featuring your favorite floral or fruit motifs from the book.

You'll also find new photography throughout the book, highlighting the details of the designs which are now presented in both wool and silk. You'll also find the complete instructions to make the original blanket featured in the first publication.

The book is 164 pages, with a stiff (thought not hard board) cover. In the book, you'll find step-by-step instructions, materials lists, a thorough stitch glossary, and all the designs (in both sizes).
